Ensuring that Third Sector Infrastructure Organisations have the skills and resources to either provide their own ICT services or can signpost to quality relevant providers of these services from within the VCS. (Services = Training, Circuit Riders, use of Social Media, trading sustainably, planning, costing and managing ICT etc).
I work for a Membership Organisation (NAVCA has 350+ CVS and LIO members) and we are interested in exploring use Social Media.
