More about me

I'm interested in how we can use social media to help people collaborate and do good stuff for social benefit. That comes from early days as a journalist (which mostly wasn't about promoting collaboration), and working as a consultant in community participation, where agencies often failed to match the expectations they raised. I'm hoping that we can do better by enabling people to use communication tools for themselves, in an open creative way.
